Foothill Ranch-based Applied Voice & Speech Technologies (AVST) recently introduced its latest enhancements to "Atom" - the next generation total office manager. The new release, version CX-E 8.7, brings the best in personal assistant technology with Microsoft, Hyper-V, and GENBAND EXPERIUS integration. Released in 2013, Atom is constantly running in the background. Atom knows employees location, presence and calendar status. Atom can automatically inform callers when employees are out to lunch, in a meeting, on vacation, or just unavailable. Callers have the latest details at their fingertips, which can influence their decision to take an appropriate action -- whether it's to try another number, another person, or leave a message. Additionally, Atom is programmed with an unlimited number of voice greetings and the ability to switch greetings effortlessly.
