USA Express Tire & Service's commitment to its customers is its top priority. It starts by earning customers' trust with Nationwide Tire and Service Warranties, employing ASE Certified technicians, and using quality name brands that you can rely on. At USA Express Tire & Service, technicians understand car troubles can be a headache, and it's focused on getting the job done right, so you can get back on the road. We recently sat down with Store Manager, Roger Mattar, to find out more about the business.
Question & Answer
1. How did you start the business?
USA Express Tire & Service is independently owned and operated. The Lake Forest location is a family owned business. The story begins over 40 years ago when the owner's father and his brothers became involved in the tire industry. The family owned one tire shop located in Downey, California, and they ran all aspects of the store. Throughout the years there have been acquisitions, sales, expansions, and fresh starts; however, one thing remains the same - family. The Lake Forest location marks a new chapter in the family story; where the next generation of children will work and learn the ins and outs to owning and operating a reliable automobile service shop.
2. Why did you choose to locate in Lake Forest?
Lake Forest is a great family-oriented community, and USA Express Tire & Service has a great mix of business and residential customers. We believe our core values of trust, communication, and dedication to customer service align with many core values of the Lake Forest area. Additionally, the Economic Development Department has great people working to help businesses grow and prosper, by providing seminars on marketing, social networking, and tax-related workshops; centered on the idea of helping businesses prosper.
3. Any special promotions we can advertise?
From May 23 - June 3, USA Express Tire & Service will be offering a promotion on select tires (Buy 2 Tires, Get 2 FREE!), as well as deals on oil changes and additional oil service promotions. Please see store for details.
